It’s been a big first quarter for Foundation—with major improvements to Updates and the launch of our warranty operations platform, WarrantyOS. These releases are designed to help your team move faster, reduce manual effort, and deliver a better customer experience.

Updates 2.0
We improved Updates to deliver a more effective, compelling experience across your Foundation-powered mobile app(s), customer portal, and email.
Dedicated Updates tab — Updates now live in their own dedicated tab and full-screen view, making them easier to find and more impactful for buyers and homeowners.
Streamlined notifications — The notifications feed is now cleaner and more familiar, making it easier for buyers to quickly scan what’s new.
More powerful emails — Updates are no longer bundled into digests. Each Update is now sent as its own email. Over 90% of notifications included only a single update—this change ensures those updates are delivered more directly and effectively.
Introducing WarrantyOS
We officially launched WarrantyOS—a modern, AI-accelerated solution built specifically for customer care and warranty operations.
Warranty has historically been one of the most manual, fragmented parts of the builder workflow—spread across inboxes, spreadsheets, phone calls, and disconnected systems. WarrantyOS brings it all into one place.
