WarrantyOS, from work order to payment.
September’s updates bring more of the day-to-day warranty workflow into one connected experience.
Purchase Orders can now show payment activity reported by your ERP, giving customer care teams and vendors clearer visibility into what’s been paid without leaving the work they’re already managing in WarrantyOS. We also improved vendor controls, Service Request context, buyer access, and several everyday workflows across Foundation.
WarrantyOS
Warranty operations depend on more than managing the work itself. Teams also need clear context, the right vendors, and visibility into what happens after work is approved.
This month, we expanded WarrantyOS across each of those areas.
What's new in WarrantyOS:
Purchase Order Payments — Purchase Orders can now display payment activity reported by connected ERP systems, including payment date, method, reference, status, amount, and total paid. Payment information is available to operators and on the vendor invoice view.
Smarter Vendor Assignment — Vendors marked as being on payment hold are now removed from new Work Order and Purchase Order assignment lists, while existing assignments remain unchanged so work already in progress isn’t disrupted.
More Service Request Context — Internal notes left on a property now also appear within its Service Requests, giving customer care teams more context without requiring the same information to be entered twice.
Improved Purchase Order Details — Purchase Order and back-charge line items now support full multi-line descriptions on desktop and mobile, making longer scopes of work easier to review and update.
Together, these updates give customer care teams a clearer view of the work, the vendor, and the payment activity behind each warranty workflow.
Operator
September also brought several improvements to Operator designed to make customer access, outreach, and day-to-day follow-up easier to manage.
What's new in Operator:
Resend Buyer Access — Operators can now resend an access link to a buyer even after they’ve already logged in, helping customers regain access to their account without requiring a password reset or manual support.
Improved Last Touch — Messages between team members and customers now count toward Last Touch, giving teams a more accurate picture of recent customer communication.
Richer Internal Notes — Operators can now edit the photos, videos, documents, and links attached to an internal note —not just the text —anywhere those notes appear across properties and warranty workflows.
Platform Improvements
There were several additional updates this month to keep Foundation more reliable and easier to operate, including improvements to integrations, buyer account restoration, catalog search, and data syncing.
Every month, we’re continuing to make Foundation more connected and easier to operate — so your team can stay focused on delivering a better customer experience across the entire journey.
