From request to resolution, faster.
October’s updates make it easier for Customer Care teams to move from intake to action with fewer clicks, clearer context, and better continuity across the work.
This month, teams can create Service Requests directly from the index, see the most important request details up front, keep scheduled work connected to the assigned representative, and manage back-charge settlements more clearly. We also improved mobile gallery controls and continued strengthening integrations and platform reliability.
WarrantyOS
Customer Care teams move faster when the work and context they need are already in front of them. October’s updates reduce the steps between a new request and the people, vendors, and actions needed to resolve it.
What's new in WarrantyOS:
Faster Service Request Intake — Create a Service Request directly from the index, find the right home by address, lot number, homeowner name, or email, and go straight to the request form.
Clearer Service Request Details — Home issues and Work Orders now open with photos, videos, vendors, ticket details, assignment, and progress visible up front. Canceled work is excluded from completion counts, giving teams a more accurate view of progress.
Connected Work Order Scheduling — Events scheduled on a Work Order now appear on the assigned Service Request representative’s warranty schedule. Upcoming events and reminders automatically follow the assignment when it changes.
Back Charge Settlements — Payments returned by a vendor now appear as Settled, with negative amounts and a Total settled summary across Operator, vendor, and print views.
Together, these updates give Customer Care teams a more direct path from intake to action, with less searching and clearer ownership at every step.
Operator
Across Operator, October’s improvements focused on making everyday mobile work feel more natural in the field.
What's new in Operator:
Better Mobile Gallery Controls — In the Operator app and mobile web, swiping across a property, community, or plan photo now scrolls the page. Press and hold to reorder photos, while desktop drag-and-drop remains unchanged.
Platform Improvements
There were several additional updates this month to keep Foundation more reliable and easier to operate, including continued expansion of integrations, SMS availability, builder-specific workflows, and data syncing.
Every month, we’re continuing to make Foundation more connected and easier to operate — so your team can stay focused on delivering a better customer experience across the entire journey.
