Smarter automation. Cleaner handoffs. More control for every team.
May’s updates are focused on helping your team move faster with smarter automation, less manual work, and AI-assisted workflows that bring more speed and clarity to critical moments between builder teams and customers.
WarrantyOS
WarrantyOS continues to help customer care teams manage warranty operations at scale. This month’s updates give teams better vendor communication, clearer service request context, and fewer manual steps in day-to-day warranty work.
What's new in WarrantyOS:
Customer Signatures — Capture customer signatures directly in the field for sponsors using internal warranty request management.
AI Proposal Feedback — Operators can now provide a reason when rejecting AI-generated Work Order proposals, helping improve future recommendations.
Vendor Communication Improvements — Manage multiple contacts per vendor, handle vendor-property associations in bulk, and ensure the right vendors are notified when assignments or cancellations change.
Service Request Visibility — Filter Service Requests by age, see how long it has been since a home closed, and flag likely out-of-warranty requests so teams can prioritize follow-up faster.
Operator
We also made improvements that help teams keep customers and workflows moving efficiently across each stage of the journey. These updates reduce duplicate work and help your team stay focused on the next sale and closing.
What's new in Operator:
Community Team Member Backfill — When adding a team member to a community, operators can now optionally backfill that person to existing transactions by status.
Community Document Backfill — Community-level documents can now be added to existing transactions by status, helping teams keep buyer documents current without manual updates.
Pre-Close Action Item Due Dates — Pre-close action items can now calculate due dates from the transaction contract date, giving teams more flexibility in how workflows are configured.
