Clearer ownership. Faster follow-up. More reliable workflows.
June’s updates are focused on helping your team move faster, reduce manual work, and keep the right information in front of the right people.
This month, we improved visibility across WarrantyOS, strengthened team access and filtering, and continued refining the workflows that keep customers, teams, and operations moving smoothly.
WarrantyOS
WarrantyOS continues to help customer care teams manage service requests, work orders, purchase orders, and vendors with more clarity and control.
This month’s updates give teams better visibility into who owns the work, faster access to key warranty details, and cleaner tools for managing day-to-day operations.
What's new in WarrantyOS:
Owner Filtering — Filter Work Orders and Purchase Orders by the internal owner assigned to the underlying Service Request, helping teams balance workload, cover out-of-office gaps, and improve accountability.
Search Result Badges — Service Request, Work Order, and Purchase Order search results now show status and metric badges, giving teams faster context at a glance.
Purchase Order Printing — Operators and vendors can now print or save Purchase Orders as PDFs directly from the PO page.
Service Request Filter Improvements — Service Request filters now stay cleaner and more consistent as new team members are added.
Together, these updates help warranty teams find the right work faster, understand status more clearly, and keep service operations moving without extra clicks.
Operator
We also made improvements in Operator that help builder teams manage access, customer information, and day-to-day workflows with more confidence.
What's new in Operator:
SSO Improvements — Builders using SSO can now support company-domain users through SSO while allowing users on other domains to continue using email and password login.
Notes & History Memory — Operator now remembers each user’s last-selected Notes or History tab, helping teams pick up where they left off.
Buyer Search Improvements — Tapping a buyer in global search now opens the buyer profile overview, helping teams get to the right customer information faster.
Customer Workflow Updates — Several builder workflows were refined this month, including action item behavior, construction milestones, document folders, and post-close reminders.
Platform Improvements
There were several additional updates this month to keep Foundation faster and more reliable for your team and your customers.
Every month, we’re continuing to make Foundation more connected and easier to operate — so your team can stay focused on delivering a better customer experience across the entire journey.
