Foundation | Product Update August 2026

WarrantyOS, built to scale.

August’s biggest update gives builders more flexibility in how they adopt WarrantyOS. Teams can now launch WarrantyOS in specific communities instead of turning it on across the entire organization at once, making it easier to pilot new workflows, learn, and expand with confidence.

Beyond that, we made vendor coordination easier, improved the accuracy of action items and automated reminders, and continued removing friction from everyday work across Foundation.

WarrantyOS

Warranty work doesn’t always look the same across every community. This month, we added more control over where WarrantyOS is active while making it easier for customer care teams to find the vendors and information they need to keep work moving.

What's new in WarrantyOS:

  • Community-Level Rollout — WarrantyOS can now be enabled for specific communities within your organization, giving teams the flexibility to customize warranty workflows on a more granular level.

  • Vendors on a Property — Properties now have a dedicated Vendors page that brings associated vendors and their contacts together in one place. Customer care teams can also access vendor information directly from a Service Request.

  • Service Request Workflow Improvements — Service Requests now default to showing all statuses, filters are clearer and easier to use across screen sizes, and adding multiple home issues is faster and more intuitive.

  • Mobile Vendor Experience — Vendor lists and profiles now adapt to smaller screens, making it easier for teams to access vendor information from the field.

Together, these updates make it easier to roll out WarrantyOS on your terms and manage day-to-day customer care with less searching, fewer clicks, and better access to the right people.

Operator

Across Operator, August’s improvements focus on reducing friction and ensuring your team can see the critical, necessary information across customers, workflows, and connected systems.

What's new in Operator:

  • Improved Action Items — Made improvements to Action Items across screens, counts, badges, and notifications.

  • Faster Date Entry — Operators can now type or paste dates directly into date fields across transactions, action items, events, and construction milestones.

  • Integration-Managed Assignments — Team member and customer assignments now show when they are managed by a connected system, making it easier to distinguish synced data from manual updates.

  • Messaging Inbox Context — Unit numbers are now included in messaging inbox addresses, helping teams working across multi-unit communities identify the right customer conversation at a glance.

Platform Improvements

There were several additional updates this month to keep Foundation faster and more reliable, including improvements to photo uploads, integration syncing, notification preferences, and SMS messaging.

Every month, we’re continuing to make Foundation more connected and easier to operate — so your team can stay focused on delivering a better customer experience across the entire journey.
