As short as December can seem, it was a busy month at Foundation.
While we’re working on some major releases for January, December was a month of continuous improvement, tuning, and optimization.
Power tools: Community- and Building-level Updates
You can now use Foundation to update individual communities and even specific buildings (within attached & multi-family developments) with targeted marketing, sales, construction, and customer care updates — including the ability to narrow down to under contract or closed buyers. Reach more of your buyers, right in your own app, with less effort than ever before.
Improvements to Managing Buyers, Teams, and Professional Contacts
It’s now easier than ever to manage your teams, preferred vendors (like lenders & title companies), and buyers in Operator. You can filter. You can automatically assign teams and contacts to each community, and have them automatically assigned to each new property or transaction. You can spend more time selling homes, and less worrying about your tools.
Continuous Improvement
In December we shipped 10+ smaller changes to improve how homebuilder teams use Operator — from improved Messaging UX to streamlined tables to an easier-to-use field app for sales & construction teams.
This fall was our biggest quarter yet — and we can't wait to show you what's next.
