Overview
November 2024 was one of our busiest months yet. Even with the holidays, new customer launches, and onsite training sessions with homebuilder teams, Foundation shipped more than 15 feature requests, updates, and optimizations. These include improvements to the buyer experience and new features & functionality for homebuilder teams.

Buyer Experience
New & Improved Push Notifications
Buyer experience updates for November 2024 include upgrades to push notifications, including new push notifications for messages and updates, and a streamlined opt-in experience.

Integrated Partners
New for November: you can now include links for your professional contacts, including preferred lenders, so that your buyers can connect right from your Foundation-powered app and customer portal.
Partners and contacts (including lenders, title, insurance, and more) can also be set at the community level and automatically assigned to each of your buyers and homes.

New Buyer-Facing Landing Pages
We also launched redesigned landing pages for your Foundation-powered customer portal and app(s). These landing pages elevate your brand while providing a single, intuitive experience for your customers to login to their portal and download your apps.

Operator
Foundation's Operator toolset for builders gives your team superpowers to deliver happier customers, more efficiently.
Continuous Improvement
In November, we delivered more than a dozen Operator updates to improve the productivity of your sales, construction, closing, and customer care teams. These updates include:
Improved ease-of-use for the entire Operator tool set, including upgraded menus and navigation
At-a-glance insight into which homes need attention — for example, buyers who haven't received updates or who have overdue Action Items
Faster, more intuitive document upload and sharing
New Feature: History
A significant update in November was the launch of Foundation's new "History" feature for Operators. All edits and updates your teams make in Operator are automatically captured and communicated, giving builders easy insight into the operational and communication history of a home.
